Officers of the Trustee
Victorian Traditional Owners Funds Limited currently has three directors and a Company Secretary (appointed by the Trustee), who also acts as Chief Financial Officer. All officers are appointed on a part-time basis. Their background is described below.
|Elizabeth Eldridge (BA, LLM)
Has had an extensive career in the Victorian Public sector in a variety of senior positions. Previously the Chair of Docklands Studios Melbourne Pty Ltd. Elizabeth was closely involved in the early discussions with the Victorian Traditional Owners regarding an alternative approach to resolving Native Title and, subsequently, with the development of the Victorian Native Title Settlement Framework.
Elizabeth is a member of the Council of Queens College, the University of Melbourne.
She was appointed a director in September 2011.
|Glen Brennan (MBA, Melbourne Business School)
Has over 20 years’ experience in both the finance and government sectors with extensive experience in community finance, banking and risk management. His current role is State Director Victoria - Government, Education and Community Banking, National Australia Bank.
Glen is a Gomeroi man from Narrabri in north-west NSW, Glen is Australia’s most senior Indigenous banker. Glen was Co- Chair of the Aboriginal Employment Strategy and is Chairman of 4 Mile Ventures a family owned and operated beef cattle enterprise.
He was appointed a director in September 2017.
|Mark Sibree (BSc (Hons), MBA, FAICD)
Has over 20 years’ experience in senior roles in the management of funds mainly in the mutual environment, most notably as CEO of Australian Unity Limited and subsequently non-executive Director at GMBHA Limited.
Currently a non-executive Director of CARE Super Pty Ltd. He has been a director of a number of other private and public sector enterprises and not-for-profit entities. He runs his own business providing strategic advice to mutual entities.
He was appointed a director and chairman in September 2011.
|Ian Gaudion (BComm, BEdn(Hons), MAdmin, FCPA, MAICD)
Has had an extensive career at a senior level in financial management and financial management consulting in both public and private sectors. His expertise includes funds management, superannuation and insurance. He has been a partner in Deloitte and Deputy Chairman, Victorian Managed Insurance Authority and Chairman, State Insurance Office.
He is currently Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of Docklands Studios Pty Ltd and a Member of The Alfred Ethics Committee.
He was appointed Secretary in September 2016.
